The core mission of the Carpenter/Joiner is to support the product development of the company through the physical construction of prototypes and product trials along with site visits to review installations or issues with installation. Your time will be split between being at our head office at Milton Keynes in the Innovation lab and out on various sites which are mainly in London.
Installation of development systems within our in-house facilities.
Guiding installers through the process and answering queries.
Visiting of projects to review installations or address any installation issues.
Finding solutions to issues on-site.
The role will require lifting, carrying, and handling doors regularly.

The core mission of the Sales Estimator will be responsible for all the quoting for new enquiries and to assist the sales team where required in quoting and other activities to allow them to focus their time as much as possible on selling. The majority of quotes are done in a door schedule format by extracting information from architects details. This position requires the ability to work as a team and to fit into the Selo culture.
Ensuring all quotes are returned to customers in the timescales required, but all non-tenders to be returned within 24 hours.
Keeping customers informed as to when quotes will be returned and discussing details with them where necessary to clarify for the quote.
An ability to answer questions asked over the phone, email or online chat. This would come from our internal technical product training.
Supporting the PCs with administration and other tasks to facilitate a smooth and efficient customer experience.
