Sales Project Support
The core mission of the Sales Project Support role is to manage projects through the sales process in view of booking meetings for the project Consultant, following the projects through by phone and doing final tweaks to quotation schedules ready for ordering. This position requires the ability to work as a team and to fit into the Selo culture.
Following projects through from qualification to order. This is predominantly done via the phone, but email, Whatsapp, LinkedIn etc are also useful tools in addition to this.
Updating quotation schedules as requested by customers throughout the sales process.
An ability to answer questions asked over the phone, email or online chat. This would come from our internal technical product training.

Senior Project Coordinator
The core mission of the Senior Project Coordinator is to provide outstanding customer service, liaising with members of the Sales and Operations teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects. This position requires an ability to work as a member of a team and to help where necessary, and must also have a good sound knowledge of the construction industry.
This is mainly an office-based role, but will involve visits to construction sites for surveys to agree design and installation issues. Important to note we are a manufacturer & supplier. Not a contractor so do not carry out installation work.
Working with the sales team to finalise order details and take over responsibility of contracts seeing them as right through to completion. Attention to detail is a very important requirement.
Working with customers to ensure their specific requirements are understood properly and met quickly and efficiently wit first class customer service.
Working with suppliers to meet deadlines and get best prices on good supplied to achieve highest profit levels.
Working with both production and customer site teams to achieve accurate delivery of goods on time.

Senior Project Coordinator

We are looking for a warehouse operative to join our small factory team in Atherstone. This is not a picking/packing role and so you will need to have had experience in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing capacity. You also need to have a good knowledge of the construction industry. Having a forklift licence would be beneficial but not essential. As the team is small it is essential that you are a team player. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all goods are manufactured and shipped accurately and on time. Hours are 07:30 am – 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
